Today we shot our last event of these olympic games. This was the 15th event covered in 14 days. This last event was the 2nd round of Women's Individual Golf, played at the new Barra da Tijuca Olympic golf course.

Golf has an interesting history in the Summer Games in that it was on the official program for the Olympics in 1900 and 1904, with 2016 being the first return for the sport to the Summer Olympic Games since 1904.

At the end of today Team USA's Stacy Lewis is in first place after shooting a 63.
